Pacom Unison Configuration for Accessy
Uppdaterad 26 augusti 2026
This step-by-step guide explains the configuration required to integrate PACOM Unison with Accessy.
Requirements
OpenVPN is required for this integration to work. The VPN connection must be configured to bridge traffic only to the Unison server.
The Unison server must be running the latest version, and the “WCF service plugin” must be installed on the server.
A Unison “Accessy user” must be configured on the Unison server using Windows users. Any access granted to this user will be available for integration with Accessy.
The following door types are currently supported:
Assa ARX
C2
Dormakaba
Sentrion
Sentrion Aperio
Pacom 8002
Pacom 8003
SALTO
Get the credentials
For Accessy to connect to the Unison server, the following details are needed:
Unison endpoint: the server IP address and port. This IP can be local because the communication is transported using VPN.
Unison domain: the Windows domain for the user connecting to the server.
Unison username: the username for the Unison-enabled user.
Unison user password: the password for the Unison user.
Submit integration data
To set up the integration in Accessy, the subscription where the doors should be registered must exist. Make sure that your customer has created the subscription and that you have its complete name, for example, “office@accessy”. This is mandatory for submitting the integration data.
Login to the partner portal at https://partner.accessy.se and select "submit integration"
Enter the full name of the subscription.
Choose Pacom Unison.
Enter the required integration data.
Add your contact information so that we can notify you when the setup is complete and in case we encounter any issues.
Submit the data. Accessy will get in touch once the integration is up and running.
