1. Requirements

• B60 central must be running a firmware that supports Vaka Online operations.

• Vaka-Online configured in B60 central.

• Accessy user configured in B60 central with correct access settings.

1. Get the Approval ID

From the Vaka Online dashboard (https://portal.vakaonline.se/DeviceState), navigate to the Marketplace and enable the Accessy Integration.

Select Configure and add the desired Vaka system and the Accessy user configured in the Vaka system - confirm your configuration: when the Approval Id is shown, copy the value. This value will be needed when you send the integration data (see point 3).

For info: the Approval Id can also later be found under security settings in the Vaka online portal.

1. Submit Integration Data

To set up the integration in Accessy, you must choose a “home subscription” for it. Many customers will only have one subscription (for instance Company AB@Company AB), but if they have multiple subscriptions, please check with the customer or Accessy which subscription the integration should be connected to. This is important as it can not easily be changed afterwards.

1. Login to the partner portal at https://partner.accessy.se and select "submit integration"

2. Type the full name of the subscription.

3. Choose Axema Vaka.

4. Input the details required along with contact details.

5. Submit the data. Accessy will get back in touch once the integration is up and running.

Access to the Axema portals for controlling the B60 can be found on the same network as the B60 using its IP address

• “Old” java client for Axema: http://IP-ADDRESS/1/nojv_en.html

Using the Axema “Web Admin Tool” all doors must be configured with following options selected:

• “Allow external opening”.

• “Allow remote control”.
